How do I cancel?
After your minimum term, cancel any time from your account; your plan ends at the end of the current billing month.
Who owns my website?
You do. Your site, domain, content and accounts stay yours. WordPress sites on Yoke Hosting can be migrated to you if you leave.
Is ad spend included?
No. Google Ads ad spend is billed by Google directly to you; our fee covers management.
How fast are changes made?
Basic: instant to 2-3 working days. Premium: up to 2-3 working days or scheduled for bigger jobs.
How does onboarding work?
After checkout you'll get a short form: business details, platform, access invites (website, domain, Google, Omnisend, Ads), brand assets and goals. We start once it's done.
How do I get support?
Everything runs through the Requests area in your account. There are no calls or direct emails, so every request is tracked.
What happens if I use all my requests?
Website + SEO includes 5 basic + 2 premium requests a month. The Email and Google Ads plans include 10 basic + 4 premium. If you use them all, we queue the extras to next month or quote them as an add-on. Unused requests don't roll over. Upgrading from Website + SEO doubles your requests.
Which platforms do you support?
We manage existing sites on Shopify, WordPress and Webflow. Yoke AI doesn't include new website builds.
Can you build me a new website?
Yoke AI is monthly management for sites you already have. New sites are built by Yoke.Digital: a WordPress build (informational, no ecommerce) is £400 + VAT and a Shopify build is £750 + VAT, each up to 10 pages, with 2 rounds of design revisions and launch within 7 working days of final design approval.
