Do you look after sites you did not build?
Yes, after a health check. If something needs fixing first, we quote for it before the plan starts.
How do I request a change?
Through the Requests area of your Yoke AI dashboard. Most small changes are done within two working days.
What counts as a small change?
Text, images, a new section on an existing page, or a product update. Bigger work is quoted separately.
When are requests handled?
Day-to-day requests are handled 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
